Whenever you see this picture, join me and others, who are praying for those around the world who are being persecuted for their belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. I praise God, that here in our Country, for the time being, we can freely choose our form of worship.
But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 25:15.
Pray also for those doing the persecuting, for it is according the will of God. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. 2Peter 3:9 (emphasis added).
Shalom, the true peace of Jesus, not the peace of this world.
